Every slip that arrives by email or portal is read, named, filed to the right client, and ordered the way your preparers work.

An email with an attachment named IMG_4471.HEIC arrives. The system reads it as a T5 for M. Okafor for 2025, renames it Okafor_M_2025_T5.pdf, files it in the client's 2025 folder in return order, and notifies the preparer that the return changed after review started. When confidence is low the file goes to a review queue instead.

A slip arrives
By email, through the portal, or from a front-desk scan. IMG_4471.HEIC, subject line 'one more slip'.

It gets read
Slip type, boxes, client and tax year. If confidence is low, it goes to a review queue instead of being guessed.

It gets named and filed
Okafor_M_2025_T5.pdf, into the client's 2025 folder, in the order your preparers work: personal information, T4, T4A, T5, RRSP, donations, medical.

The preparer is told
If the return was already started, the preparer gets one notification: this file changed after review began.

It reads income slips, so it sees dollar figures and SINs. Reading runs through AWS Bedrock in a Canadian region. Files are written to your own drive or portal. Nothing is stored by us.
